Artists comments: I was asked to create a green painting which symbolised Nobu - this was easy because I drew from my own experiences from eating there.

My objective was to create something which represents unique and beautiful seafood, with
an element of magic. I combined images of seaweed, with an abstract interpretation of a
sea creature looking and tasting 'out-of-this-world'.
